ULALO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Ulalo Return and Refund Policy is effective from 11th May, 2023.

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you will enjoy your purchase and shop with us again soon. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ulalo is a multi-vendor ecommerce platform. It has a number vendors selling their products in different shops. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the store they are purchasing from has a return and refund policy or not. Ulalo is not liable for any omissions, miscommunication from different sellers.

Ulalo is also a vendor that sells its product on the website known by the same name Ulalo. Ulalo (vendor) products has a 30-day return policy. Which means that a customer can return their purchase within a period of 30 days from the day of purchase. A product is eligible to be returned if it fit the following conditions;

  1. There is proof of purchase from Ulalo.
  2. The item being returned is an Ulalo product purchased from the Ulalo.shop website.
  3. The item is in its original undamaged packaging
  4. The item must be in the condition received. New and unused.
  5. The item received is different from the purchased item or damaged.

To initiate the return and refund process, the customer should report the issue with the item through Ulalo Contact Us page through this link https://ulalo.shop/index.php/contact/. The proof of purchase will be required and other documents including pictures showing the status of the item will be requested for. After the return and refund has been accepted, the address to send the item to will be sent through email. And the customer will be refunded the full price of the product and shipping. All products that are sent back without initiating the process through https://ulalo.shop/index.php/contact/ within 30 days of purchase, and wait for acceptance will not be accepted by Ulalo and will not be refunded. Ulalo (vendor) does not offer remorse return and refund.

If the item intended to be returned is from any other Ulalo vendor, the customer has to report the issue through https://ulalo.shop/index.php/contact/. Ulalo will mediate to come to the best possible solution for both parties. If the items sent by the vendor were different from the items purchased, then the vendor will have to return the full amount of the product plus shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
